Had a lovely stay! The breakfast was simple yet satisfying, especially that delightful chocolate brownie cake! The 9€ dinner menu was filling but don't expect gourmet. The room was perfect for one, but the shower pressure could be overbearing at times.

During my stay at San Lazaro, I found the front desk staff, particularly Teara, consistently excellent and incredibly helpful. The hotel provided a comfortable bed and a warm, powerful bath shower, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of work. The hotel's cleanliness added to the overall positive experience, while its proximity to bus routes made it convenient for airport access.

The location isn't ideal for longer stays, particularly after extensive walking!!! I found the shower pressure excessively high, leading to water spraying everywhere!!! The hotel felt a bit tired and could use some updates!!!

i’ve stayed at san lazaro multiple times while visiting santiago, and it never disappoints. comfortable beds, and the service was exceptional, especially from the front desk. great location along the bus route and just a 20-minute walk to the cathedral.

The single room was spacious and super comfy. Loved the noise-proof windows. they really worked! The bed felt like a cloud after a long day. The bathroom had a powerful shower, although it did have a bit of water pooling, which was kind of annoying. Overall, really enjoyed the stay, would definitely come back for that cozy feel.
